Andy Gosch – Founder

ClearView Inspections founder Andy Gosch has more than 30 years experience in both residential and commercial building. He is committed to understanding and meeting customer needs while exceeding industry and community expectations by conducting business with the highest degree of integrity, courtesy and expertise. Andy founded ClearView Inspections to provide a thorough, accurate and unbiased assessment a property’s condition, in a timely manner, at a fair price. With his excellent communication skills and clean, concise, computer generated reports clients can rest assured they are using a trusted professional.

Andy’s interests and experience developed naturally into a successful inspection career. He started early with hands-on building projects on the family horse farm. Other training includes working on custom homes from the ground up, remodeling commercial office interiors, and remodeling and restoring award winning historic homes.  Through that experience he became familiar with all aspects of the building process.   He applies this strong background with new and historic residential and commercial construction to every ClearView Inspection.

“If I can use my knowledge and experience to help people while doing something I really enjoy, then everyone wins.”
—Andy Gosch, ClearView Home Inspections founder
Andy owned and operated a successful millwork business for more than a decade. His products included reproduction moldings and millwork for historic homes, custom cabinetry, wood-turnings, and a line of accessory furniture marketed nationally by a mail order catalog.  After selling his business in 2001, he decided code inspections are the best way to put his collective experience to work, while providing an important service to clients.  Andy is professionally schooled and trained, ICC (International Code Council) certified.  He continues his education daily.
